Master Chocolatier, Julia Balassa-Myracle will be presenting “Hand Rolled Truffle” classes at the Kitchen Engine in the Flour Mill on March 16th, March 23rd, April 13th, April 29th and at Gourmet Way in Hayden on March 9th. Julia will also be at The Wishing Star Foundation’s “Taste Spokane” on March 5th and the Grand Reopeining of Caterina Winery on March 11th.
