The Chocolatier

My appreciation for chocolate began at an early age while growing up in Southern Mexico and Guatemala. I was fascinated with the fragrant aroma as cacao beans were roasted and processed into chocolate. Chocolate production in that region had changed little over the last several hundred years. This was the catalyst for my enthusiasm for chocolate which grew into a chocolate-covered kaleidoscope of ideas for flavors and products.

After graduating as a Master Chocolatier from a Canadian Chocolate Academy, I opened my Washington State certified chocolate manufacturing facility. Each hand-crafted gourmet truffle and chocolate is produced in the old European tradition. All products are made with natural ingredients and flavors, each bite an incredible time stopping chocolate sensation for the discerning connoisseur
