At Chocolate Myracles, "A taste of heaven" is born of quality ingredients

The ingredients that create the different varieties of truffles and bonbons are selected with the same standard of care as the chocolate that surrounds them.

  • Artificial flavors and preservatives are not used as they cause an abrasive and perfumey aftertaste.
  • Chocolate Myracles uses pure cream from Behm's Valley Creamery that contains 40% butterfat and no additives.
  • The cream is then infused with fresh mint leaves, cinnamon, nutmeg, Grade A vanilla beans, or liquors to create a smoother and perfectly natural flavor.


Ingredients

Truffles: Chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soy lecithin “emulsifier,” natural vanilla), cream, sugar, inverted sugar, hazelnuts, liquor, liqueur, natural vanilla, and 14k gold.

Poured Chocolates: Chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soy lecithin “emulsifier,” natural vanilla). White Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin "emulsifier", vanilla extract.

Bonbons: Chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass soy lecithin “emulsifier, natural vanilla), cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, stabilizers (carob bean and/or xanthan and/or guar gums)), huckleberry jam, (sugar, huckleberries, apple juice, lemon juice, fruit pectin), fondant sugar, natural  flavoring.

These products may contain traces of egg, milk, nuts and peanuts.

These products may contain liquor and the alcohol content is one percent or less of the weight of the product.
