All product weights are approximate as all our products are hand-crafted. We make every effort to send complete orders, however we reserve the right to make partial shipments due to conditions beyond our control. Minimum Orders The minimum order for truffles is 36 of each truffle type. Quantities less than 36 may be possible based on seasonal inventory levels. There is no minimum order on other Chocolate Myracles products. Ordering Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area orders must be placed by Monday for orders to be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday via UPS delivery. During warmer months, there is a $15.00 delivery fee added to all orders. Out of area orders must be placed by Monday to ensure UPS 2-3 day delivery that is shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Shipping Policies We ship with UPS and need the exact street address, including proper suite/apartment number, floor and zip code. (Sorry no P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or AFB) If an incorrect address is given, if UPS cannot find the location or if no one is at the location to receive the package, Chocolate Myracles is not liable for the damage. Warm Climate Shipping: CHOCOLATE MELTS. If your order destination is to a warm climate, overnight shipping and insulated boxes with ice packs will be required and additional charges will be applied. Chocolate Myracles is not responsible for melted products. Payment Payment for orders is due on receipt. Net 30 terms may be available upon request. We reserve the right to charge interest at 1% per calendar month on any accounts remaining unpaid beyond 30 day credit period. We reserve the right not to process orders if any account is past due. Return Policy Claim for damage must be made within 5 days of delivery by email to julia@chocolatemyracles.com. Merchandise must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, in order to receive credit or refund. In order to return a product, contact Chocolate Myracles at (509) 995-1271 or julia@chocolatemyracles.com. Please include your name and invoice number. We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can obtain a tracking or delivery confirmation number. If we do not receive a return, we cannot issue credit or refund without proof that it was delivered to us.
